Peppa Pig and the Muddy Puddles Review

We received this delightful book to review, and I have a challenge for you. Watch a few episodes of Peppa Pig and then pick up a copy of Peppa Pig and the Muddy Puddles and just TRY to read it in an accent other than British. I bet you cannot do it, at least I can’t!

“There’s so much rain! When Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig tuck them into bed, Peppa and her little brother, George, dream of all the puddles there will be to jump in the next day. Little do they know that the rain is turning their house into an island surrounded by water — making for a different kind of adventure for everyone!”

We received this delightful book to review and we just love it. As I said, I cannot read it without taking on a British accent, which makes my little boy laugh. Even though at five, he is at the very end of the age range for this book, he really seems to enjoy it and has even asked me to read it again! This book is incredibly easy to read- it flows well and throws in animal noises and words to make it a little more fun! My little guy had a blast picking out words that he knew in the book as well! This hardcover book published by Candlewick press retails for $12.99, but you can get it on Amazon much cheaper! I highly recommend this book for any Peppa Pig lover in your life!!
Be sure to check out Peppa Pig on Facebook and Twitter.

Disclosure: I received above mentioned item, as well as a plush Peppa Pig for my consideration while writing this review.  No compensation was received for this post.
