Its the time of year that we all start getting colds and just generally feeling puny. I know we have definitely been doing a lot of humidifiers and doTERRA Breathe and coughing around here! Just in time to save the day though, came in my nifty little package of doTERRA On Guard Beadlets!


doTERRA On Guard is one oil I have yet to try, but all of my doTERRA loving friends just SWEAR by it!! I have had it on my wish list for a long time, but alas money is tight, so hopefully Santa will bring it to me! The On Guard Beadlets are really the next best thing, except I cannot diffuse beadlets, and that makes me a sad mama especially since my oldest gagged at the taste and said they tasted like hand lotion. Don't worry though, he is a bit dramatic and has a sensitive gag reflex. I actually love the flavor when the beadlets pop. I think they are a little bit of a breath freshener too!

Like I said, they freshen my breath and help support the immune system! I fully intend on making my entire family take these before and after our plane ride in January! Eekkkks....recycled air!
