Natures Own Essence Rosemarry Essential Oil

Over the course of the last couple months, I have been learning a lot about Essential Oils and how I can use them to help myself, my family and everyone else. Each Week for 5 weeks, I will be talking about one oil. The really exciting part is that at the end of the 5 weeks Nature's Own Essence will be giving one lucky winner 5 oils (Lavender, Frankincense, Peppermint, Rosemary and Moroccan Argan) valued at over $300. I am very excited to work with Nature’s Own Essence and thankful they agreed to let me try their oils.

Last time I talked about Peppermint, this week it’s Rosemary.

Most of you have probably cooked with Rosemary. It’s a great herb to use with cooking. Did you know it is also an essential oil? I did not until recently when I was reading into them.
I have been under a lot of stress lately especially with my health. I am only 30 and am 2 weeks out from having a total hip replacement. I have found just the smelling of the Rosemary alone has helped calm me. I don’t know what it is, but it helps. I am looking into getting a necklace diffuser. It’s a necklace that I can put oil on the tip of a q-tip and place it in the diffuser. This way it can be with me and yet still be cute and stylish.

Rosemary is also really good for the scalp. Since surgery I have had huge issues with my scalp that until then were under control. I have started to put a little on my scalp right after washing and blow drying. it seems to be helping it. I still have more work but things take time. Skin doesn’t get better right especially when it comes to seborrheic dermatitis.

Here are the remarkable qualities of Rosemary Essential Oil:

  • It is known for its powerful mind enhancing properties. Rosemary essential oil will help you achieve better concentration and sharper memory.
  • The scent keeps your alertness levels high while also stimulating your mental learning capacity, allowing you to understand things better.
  • Like most essential oils, rosemary also has sedative properties which promote relaxation, calmness, and stress relief.
  • It also has the ability to relieve headaches, migraines, muscle aches, joint pains, and other body discomfort.
  • As a topical treatment, rosemary oil rejuvenates the skin and promotes a healthy glow.
  • It can relieve scalp problems such as itching, dryness, and dandruff.
  • It also helps relieve eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, and other skin problems.
  • Rosemary oil can also help with acne and excess facial oil.
  • The antibacterial properties of rosemary oil make it a great solution for skin infections, wounds, and other external infections.
  • As an inhalant, it helps relieve respiratory problems and nasal congestion. It also helps release phlegm from the lungs, which makes it a good expectorant.
  • It also has anti-inflammatory properties that make it effective in relieving joint pain and arthritis problems.

Want to order From Nature’s Own Essence? Also I have noticed that Nature's gives you a much larger bottle then most companies I have seen for almost the same price. So you are getting a great deal. Right now they are offering a coupon code for 15% off your entire order plus you are eligible for free shipping. For those who live in Canada, they ship there too for $9.99.
