Old Time Candy 4lb Box Review and Giveaway

I just got to review what was, possibly, my boys favorite reviews ever! CANDY! Lots and Lots and Lots of Candy!! We were lucky enough to receive the 4lb. Decade Gift Box for all decades. This is a "Sweet" box! It was packed FULL of candy. Seriously! Not just the cheap stuff either, I am talking chocolate and taffies and all kinds of yumminess! There were so many pieces of candy, I took this on vacation with my mom and step-dad so that I had help eating this! I never saw my step-dad sitting that he did not have an item of candy from the box! Needless to say it was a HUGE hit!

I loved being able to introduce my children to wax lips, Necos, and candy cigarettes from the 80's (or was that the 90's) I don't know, but I know it was a hit! Each box can come with a "remember when" booklet (additional charge) and hand written gift cards if you would like one added.

Every year I send my inlaws a sweet treat for Christmas. Usually it is a chocolate covered something or another, but I already know this year they are getting the 4lb 1960's box to enjoy! I think they will enjoy sharing some of their favorites with their grandkids. I certainly enjoyed my children having fun with the wax lips I enjoyed so much as a child, and tricking my oldest with Cry Baby Gum!! I also found this candy to be some of the freshest candy I have eaten in a long time! Nothing stale in the box!

  1. There are so many from the 70s that I haven't seen in a while! You can still find Sugar Babies & Sugar Daddy, but back then we had Sugar Mama, too. I see they have that. Anybody recall Reggie bars?? I wonder if they have those, lol.
