Brieftons Spiral Slicer Giveaway

My husband is very carb sensitive so I am often looking for a low carb meals for him. That's not always so logical for the rest of the family though. We have two little boys who love their pasta, so I have been trying to think outside the box for him. That's when I heard about using zucchini in place of pasta noodles! I've been very excited to try this and was lucky enough to get this cool spiral slicer through tomoson to make him zucchini noodles with our spaghetti!

I was lucky enough to receive one through Briefton's that works fabulously for this purpose. It is really simple to use, just stick your vegetable in there and spin. There are two sides for different sized noodles and there is another attachment you can use when the veggie is getting too short. This is not a super fancy slicer but definitely serves its purpose and is easy to clean and use! At only $12.89, you cannot beat the price for the quality!
