Cookie Lee jewelry and more

finding a gift for my preteen daughter can be very difficult. When it comes to clothes, she has to be the one who picks them out so I can’t really surprise her with something. One area that I can have fun and get creative is with jewelry. So when Cookie Lee asked for me to review some of their jewelry, I couldn’t say no.

There was so much to choose from including necklaces, bracelets, scarves and even sunglasses, but I finally settled on a bracelet and necklace.

The necklace I picked is Cookie Lee’s Silver Shiny Rings Necklace. It is 20 inches long and can be two different says, either their shorter version and more chunky or long with the rings all on the bottom. It’s great that you can change it up a bit and make it almost look like a different necklace. If you are an adult (not for my 11 year old daughter) and you are wearing a lower cut top, i would wear the longer way so it can enhance your look.

For the bracelet I chose, I went with something that i thought went perfectly with the necklace; the Chain Reaction Toggle Bracelet. If you don’t like chunky jewelry then this may not be for you but there so many other options that will fit what you are looking for. For this bracelet, I love the chunkiness of it. There are rings, stones and changes mixed together perfectly. The bracelet is 7 ½ -8 inches and is adjustable.

I really like that neither one of these pieces had hooks or clasps. that have a little stick at the end that you put through a ring where it secures it together. It is much easier than doing a clasp especially on a necklace if it’s behind your neck.

I recommend checking Cookie Lee out when you are looking for your next gift idea for birthday’s or even Christmas. They are very affordable, under $50 with some jewelry items under $32.

  1. I like the way it closes with the little stick instead of fighting with a hook or clasp. That would make it easier to get it closed without the need for assistance from anyone.
