Organic Seaweed Powder

As a self proclaimed product junkie I am always looking for the latest and greatest products to use and help my skin! Recently I started hearing about Organic Seaweed Powder and really wanted to try it, and was sent some for review.

I was anxious to try this and have been pleasantly surprised. I add a little water to a capful of the powder and apply is as a face mask. I will tell you, that because I am pregnant (in the first trimester and smells kill me) I have to add a drop or two of lavender oil to make the scent tolerable to me! Because this product is, in essence, it does have a scent to it that you would expect from a seaweed powder. It is not a terrible smell or overpowering at all, but does bother me because of the sensitives to smells I am having right now. This powder never fully dries out on your face like some of the more traditional face masks, but after I leave it on 5-6 minutes I rinse and am happy to report that my face is so very soft after using it! If you are looking for a chemical free alternative to facial masks, this is definitely the product for you!
