PanOxyl Acne Treatment

I am 30 years old and still get acne, sigh!  I know this is very normal, but I still don’t like it, and it makes me feel like a teenager again. Panoxyl asked if I would try out their line of skincare for acne. Being a skin care product junkie, I of course said yes.

Most skincare products don’t work the first day you use them. It takes time to get them going. So when I was trying PanOxyl I wanted to give it a couple of weeks so I could really share my opinion and results.
PanOxyl® 10% Acne Foaming Wash
Deep Cleaning Wash
Highest strength benzoyl peroxide available without a prescription
Clears existing acne blemishes and helps prevent new blemishes from forming
Quickly penetrates pores killing acne causing bacteria on contact
Suitable for use on face, chest, neck and back

I love the foam, as you don’t have to use as much of the product. It makes my face feel super clean and fresh after I use it.

PanOxyl® 4% Acne Creamy Wash
Daily Cleaning Wash
Clears existing acne blemishes and helps prevent new blemishes from forming
Quickly penetrates pores, killing acne causing bacteria on contact
Patented Acne Control Formula
Suitable for use on face, chest, neck and back

I usually use the Creamy Wash in the shower so I can have it sit on my skin for a few mins while I do other things. My face feels nice and tight afterwards.

PanOxyl® 10% Acne Cleansing Bar
Deep Cleaning Bar
Highest strength benzoyl peroxide available without a prescription
Clears existing acne blemishes and helps prevent new blemishes from foaming
Quickly penetrates pores, killing acne causing bacteria on contact
Suitable for use on face, chest, neck and back

I’m not a huge bar type person when it comes to soaps so this one didn’t really work for me, but my daughter loved it.

I was in the hospital last week for a few days and didn’t have any of my PanOxyl products, and I could really tell the difference. I washed my face with the products that the hospital had, but it wasn’t even close to the same. Next time I’m admitted (with me there is always a next time), I will make sure my husband knows to pack these products.

I’m an adult and they work for me, so I imagine that they will work even better for teenagers that have acne problems.  You can find their products at CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and more. Check out their site for more retailers.
