Proactiv+ Review

I participated in an Influencer Activation Program on behalf of Influence-Central for Proacitv+. I received samples of Proactiv+ to facilitate my review and a thank you item for participating.

Ok seriously, I’m 30, why do I still have acne? Like most women, it gets worse depending on the time of the month. I was given a great opportunity in working with Proactiv+. Even though it’s better than it was when I was a teenager, I wasn’t going to pass up this chance to get a good handle on my acne.

3 steps didn’t feel like it was going to be that hard to follow. I noticed that the containers had three circles on them and they were filled in depending on if they were step one, two or three. I thought that was a great way of letting us know which one it was for. Especially at first when you don’t have the routine down yet.

Step 1: CLEANSE Skin Smoothing Exfoliator

  • Apply a large coin-sized amount to dampened skin.
  • Gently massage in circular motion for 2-3 minutes.
  • Rinse thoroghly with warm water and pat dry.

Step 2: TREAT Pore Targeting Treatment

  • Apply a minimum of 2 pumps to clean, dry skin.
  • Gently smooth over entire face—do not rinse off.
  • Allow to fully absorb before proceeding to Step 3.

Step 3: REPAIR Complexion Perfecting Hydrator

  • Apply a minimum of a large coin-sized amount to dry skin.
  • Gently smooth over entire face—do not rinse off.
  • Allow to absorb. Reapply throughout the day if needed. If going outside, also apply SPF 15 or higher.

So that’s all there is to it, like I said not very hard. I just had to do it twice a day. That’s the part where I do bad it. I wash my face every morning, but I’m really bad when it comes to washing at night. Since I have started using the Proactiv+ system, I have gotten much better at this and I can tell a difference.

I have decided to continue using this system so my skin is healthy and as acne free as I can get it. I really suggest if you have acne problems that you check them out and see if it’s right for you.
