Total Lean Protein from GNC

GNC sells great products in their stores, but I have never tried their line called Total Lean. Recently GNC asked if I would try one of their Protein bars and their Total Lean protein shake. I of course said yes as we love protein in this house.

I was sent the Rich Chocolate protein powder which is good  because that is my my favorite flavor in just about anything.  I have to be honest and when I opened the canister, the smell was a little much for me, but I am VERY sensitive to smells so that could play a part. Luckily once I added the powder to some milk (how I prefer it), it was all good. I liked the flavor. Healthy meal replacement to support lean muscle tone and a healthy metabolism

  • 25 grams of high quality protein
  • 8 grams of fiber to help you feel fuller and satisfied
  • 24 vitamins and minerals
I think this one might be better for my husband since it’s really good for supporting muscle tone, and right now I can’t work out due to medical problems. I’m sure he will like it has he loves protein shakes as well.

I received the Chocolate Peanut Butter Lean Bar. I think that the size is fantastic. It’s a perfect meal size for me and my pouch or just a snack, which for me are pretty much the same thing. I like how you don’t even think about that you are getting a good number of grams of protein and fiber in the one bar. It doesn’t taste like it.

  • 170 Calories
  • 15g Protein
  • 10g Fiber
  • Convenient Meal or Snack
  • Healthy Metabolism Support

Check them out when you are in GNC next time or online as well. Total Lean is a great way to stay on track without feeling like you are on a diet.
