It’s cold and flu season, there is no doubt about that. Out of the 4 of us in the house, half have already been sick. Unfortunately for my daughter she had Influenza A, and I got a nasty Cold.
I have learned over the years that If I try and treat the cold within the first 48 hours, it can help shorten the duration of the cold itself.
