BODYARMOR super drink

Since being diagnosed with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) I have had to get creative in what I eat and drink. I can’t let my electrolytes get unbalanced or I feel really sick. I was recently introduced to a sports drink called BODYARMOR and wanted to share my thoughts on it.

I have tried coconut water, and tried many brands, I just don’t like it. I needed to find something else that was more than just drinking water. BODYARMOR has a ton of electrolytes so I figured I would give it a chance. They currently have 6 flavors; Fruit Punch, Orange Mango, Strawberry Banana, Tropical Punch, Grape and Mixed Berry.

One of the perks of living in a super cold state is that when the drinks arrived, they were already chilled so I could try them right away. The first one I tried was the grape. I thought the first sip was a little different but after that I thought it was really good. My 2 year old was by me and wanted to try it and said “I like it” after she took a sip.

I love that BODYARMOR has no caffeine, is gluten free, but free and has no preservatives.  For one bottle it has 600mg of potassium which we all need, especially after a workout or if you have medical conditions where you need more than normal.

Priced at about $2 a bottle, you can’t really go wrong! You can buy online or you can look at their store locator to see if there is a store near you.

I’m sure you will love this drink! Also click HERE for a $1 off coupon!!! You can now find BODYARMOR at your local Publix and Target.
