Imaginative University is a FUN monthly subscription box!

I have two very busy little boys, with quite the age difference between them. My youngest just turned two and his brother is 7 now! This age difference often makes it hard for me to find something to do with both of them at the same time, so when Imaginative University sent me one of their monthly subscription boxes, I was delighted to learn that both of my boys enjoyed it!

Even though they did not enjoy it on the same level, they both had a blast. While my older son had fun doing the science projects and art and crafts, while my younger son mostly just had a blast playing with the mediums of both. While son #1 and I made snow, #2 played with the shaving cream on the table. We made a borax crystal cross, and snow- complete with a snowman. Then we had fun melting him with kool-aid. We made snowflakes out of coffee filters, we read two books together, and what is better all supplies were provided by Imaginative University, even down to the kids scissors. Want to hear something cooler? We did ALL of those projects and have not even scratched the surface on all the of projects left to do in this box! That's right, we still have insta-snow to make, epsom salt crystals,  and a picture to complete.

We still have stuff to make out of mistakes, we have colored sand art to make, there is kandisky art, panting with different objects, and shaving cream paintings. In other words, as much fun as we already had with this box, we have tons more fun coming up on another rainy or otherwise boring day! Imagination University is surprisingly affordable too!
  • 3-month subscription...$45
  • 6-month subscription...$85
  • 12-month subscription...$155
After shipping the box comes to about $73 here in Florida, but less if you are closer to their home base. I don't know about you, but that is pretty affordable fun for your kids! I know that each box is at least a few days worth of projects for your children to enjoy, so it is cheap entertainment! It is also a great time to bond with your children and get as creative as you like!
Imaginative "U" kits vary from month to month. Some months focus on arts and crafts while other months focus on investigations, stories, or challenges.  Some kits will include a book that goes along with the month's activities while others will simply be loaded with items needed to complete the projects. No matter the contents, every month's activities are centered around fun and creativity!
