NightFood- The Perfect Night Time Snack

Do you snack between dinner and bed? I’m sure most of us do, I know i’m guilty of it almost every night. I try to make good choices but sometimes the junk food side gets the best of me. I was recently introduced to NightFood, a snack that won’t leave you feeling guilty after you eat it.

Don’t get me wrong, I do like some old fashion guilt food snacks, but I can’t make a habit out of eating them every night. I love that there is a new snack out that you can satisfy that craving yet eat something more healthy at the same time.

Right now it comes in cookies n’ dreams, and also midnight chocolate crunch. I have to say the cookies n’ dreams are really good. The bars are not wide like most bars are, but instead longer, so you are still getting a good amount. I can’t eat a lot at one time due to the size of my stomach so for me, I actually get about 2 snacks out of it (perks of life after WLS).

The cookies n’ dreams has 6 grams of protein, which is pretty good really. The best part is that it is low in sugar only 8 grams and is only 140 calories. It really is a snack that you won’t feel guilty having. A box of 6 is $14.99 which sounds a little high but is still only $2.50 a bar. When it’s listed like that it really isn’t bad.

If you order through their site there is no risk since they have a 100% money back guarantee. You can also find NightFood at your local GNC or GNC.com.

  1. I try not to snack before bedtime & when I do I have trouble sleeping. This looks like it would be a great nighttime snack.
