Fall is here! That means cool weather, comfort foods, and cuddling by the fire. It also means that we have to watch out how many of those delicious cookies and desserts we eat!     Question...How do you do that when you are retired? I wear the same thing and go from a walk to my regular day.

  2. My favorite tip is to stay active and work out. I have just started to embrace this about 2 weeks ago and I think it has made me feel sore but healthier.

  7. My favorite tip was Exercise. This is my favorite time of year and I love to be outside. Playing Badminton or walking the dogs. I could probably do more to get in a little extra before real Winter sets in.

  8. My favorite tip was laying out your workout clothes the night before. I have been doing that with our clothes for years, never thought to do it with our workout clothes.
