Give a Lexar Micro SD card this Valentine's Day

Anyone who knows me, knows I’m a total tech nerd. Not so much about fixing electronics as much as I just love to play with them. I love technology. I also love external hard drives and storage. I feel it’s so important. I probably have a few to many flash drives around here, but sometimes it’s not a flash drive or a bulky external drive that you need. I think a lot of times we forget how important SD and Micro SD cards are. Lexar has you covered for both those and then some!

I have two digital cameras, one takes a microSD and the other a regular SD card. What I love about Lexar is that they have microSD and to have it work in my other camera I just put it in an adaptor and it’s good to go. That way I don’t have to use different cards if I don’t want to.

Lexar sent me their 64GB High-Performance 633x micro SDHC/microSDCX UHS-I cards. 633x is fast that means it has a transfer speed up to 95MB/s. So, the higher the number, the faster it can transfer data for you.

I recently had a major surgery and as I was preparing I loaded a few of my all time favorite movies onto the micro SD card so that if I wanted to I could watch it on my tablet. It’s great having a backup as internet coverage can be spotty sometimes and when at hospitals I don’t always want to deal with logging into their wifi. Having this as another option is much better, and who doesn’t love their favorite movie while recovering?

Valentine’s Day is coming and it would be so cute of a present if you got your loved one and filled or partially filled a card with their favorite songs, movies etc. Like the modern day mixed tape.
