In my family, there is no such thing as having too many shoes. The first few months that I was dating my now husband he would always joke that he never saw me in the same pair twice. I love shopping, but going in person can be very time consuming. Shopping online is so much easier, so when I heard about Shoedazzle, I was very intrigued.
Shoedazzle was created in 2009 and essential is a one stop shop when it comes to all things fashion in the women’s world. The site is pretty much everything we have asked for. To make matters even a little better, the prices are hard to beat, and even better if you sign up as a VIP member.
A few things to know about a VIP membership:
- You CAN cancel at any time (just call or use the live chat option)
- You DON’T have to buy every month if you can’t (as long as you hit “skip” by the 5th of the month).
- Get FREE shipping & exchanges (free shipping is available on orders $39 and over)
- Up to 25% off retail prices
- Members-only benefits
When you sign up for VIP you can get your first style for $10! Yes, I said $10, so don’t hesitate. I would sign up now.
There were so many options to choose from and very well organized. It’s like Shoedazzle read my mind when organizing and putting into categories. You don’t have to weed through everything, if you only want to look at flat boots you can, or heels etc. Once you get to that screen you can go even further and search by size and color. I have really big feet so it’s nice to know what options are available to me in that size.
With VIP shipping is faster than normal (great perk). When they came, I could hardly wait for the UPS man to leave before I started opening the box. The boots I picked are Kate in dark grey. Shoedazzle describes them as “The slouchy flat boot is an integral part of the fall/winter season. Kate pulls off the style with simple yet trendy upgrades, like wraparound details and buckles.”
It’s a pretty good description of the boots. However, they left out the quality and how soft the inside of the boot is. I don’t know what they used for it, but it reminds me of sheepskin that they use in some boots but even softer.
Mya wanted to try them on (not shocked, she tries to steal almost all my shoes). She looked so good in them, that I figured I would use her picture for this review. She said only one thing bad about them; that they were a little big on her so she had to wear 2 socks. To me that’s a good thing, because then she can’t really steal them and they will be mine longer.
If you love shoes like I do, I highly recommend you check out Shoedazzle and the VIP membership. If you do, please let me know what your first order was and what you thought of it.
