Potato Crusted Cod from Sea Cuisine

For those of you who are married, know how hard it is to please the in laws, especially when it comes to cooking and mother in laws. Well, I’m happy and proud to say I got the stamp of approval recently on a meal. So, I really want to thank Sea Cuisine for helping me with that. I don’t think I would have done as well without them.

Sea Cuisine has a lot of options, but I chose Potato Crusted Cod. Along with it I decided to go fresh and simple so I went with green beans and Baby red potatoes. This is a very simple but very good meal.
Potato Crusted Cod:
Take out of the container, place on baking stone and cook at 375 for 26-32 minutes.
It’s seriously that easy, as Sea Cuisine have it all done for you.
Green Beans:
Boil in water until done, drain and add salt and butter as desired
Seasoning for potatoes:
  • 4 (ish) tablespoons Lawry’s Seasoning
  • ½-1 tablespoon Garlic salt
  • ½ tablespoon Onion powder
  • ½ tablespoon Oregano
  • Stir everything together until well blended

Baby red potatoes:
  1. Dice up 8-10 medium baby red potatoes
  2. Place in glass bowl and cook in microwave for 10 minutes
  3. While in the microwave, put a large skillet on the stove (med high heat) with butter and garlic
  4. Once done in the microwave, add potatoes to the skillet.
  5. Add seasoning and mix potatoes carefully and continue flipping and moving them around until golden brown to how you want them.

Serve and enjoy!
So, if you are looking for a healthier meal, try this out. If this type of fish isn’t your thing, Sea Cuisine has so many other options, that I’m sure you will find something you like.
