  4. If there's anything that could change my life it would be owning a laptop to help aid me in making many things a reality. For persons like me in this particular situation, I have conditions known as Epilepsy, Rapid Heart Pulse Rate, Shaking of upper extremity and RSD / CRPS. In that of what most would consider my private life, my conditions often have me going to the emergency room rather often; often cases I am unable to speak or have a person that can speak on my behalf - making that of a laptop all the more precious, as it would provide my medical history, documents, contacts etc.Just as it would play an essential role in obtaining medical records for that of different doctors and nurses to update and share their findings & results of tests. The item is one that my family & I cant even afford during this part of my life. More so, as we realize we are on an ongoing basis of having to pay that of medical bills that were the result of a driver of whom backed into me (as I was a pedestrian) when I was walking but the driver didnt own the vehicle and no insurance was said to be on it.... so my family has had to pay the bills. In the aftermatth, I lost my position of employment, academics and has taken a huge impact on my social life. I totally attribute whats left of what hasnt been sold to pay for these bills to that of hopes I actually might be selected for a prize this nice! It would make that of my holiday Merry and give me hope for the future!
