BBQ Meatballs, easy and affordabe #savealotinsiders

We love having parties and get togethers at my house, especially when it comes to football games. So a couple a weeks ago we decided to have a few over for a game. I wanted to make BBQ Meatballs in our crock pot and with the help of Save A Lot I was able to do that.

Luckily we have a Save A Lot store close by us. They have amazing deals and a huge selection. They are a great store to get all your grocery shopping needs done.

Like I said above, I wanted to make BBQ meatballs in the crock pot.

2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
¼ cup ketchup
1 c shredded cheese
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
12oz bottle barbeque sauce
¾ oatmeal
3 tablespoons dried minced onion
½ tablespoon minced garlic

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients together except for the barbeque sauce.
  2. form into meatballs that are about 1 inch wide
  3. sear meatballs in a pan enough so just the outside is browned
  4. place the meatballs into the crockpot and cover with the barbecue sauce
  5. cook on low for 2 hours

Serve and enjoy at your next football party.

My daughter loves these meatballs so much she went back for seconds and thirds and even wanted more. I guess I will be making them for even more games.
