Minted is Helping Me Make My Daughters First Birthday One to Remember!! Win $150 to Minted!

She will be one soon!

My baby girl is turning one soon! I cannot believe it, but it is true. In anticipation of her party I have been in planning mode because I just cannot wait. She is my ONLY girl, and my last baby, so we plan to go BIG this year for her party! We have the room all booked, and the theme ready: ladybugs. Now I just need the decorations. Well, just as I was pondering where I might get the quality, affordable decorations I had in my mind, Minted reached out to me about their party decor and knowing their amazing quality with holiday cards, I jumped at the chance to work with them!
The Amazing Personalized Bunting Banner..I love that I can show her progression with photos.

Wallpops and Chalk Ink Helped Created a Cozy Nursery for Our Princess!

WallPops are the most fashionable peel and stick wall decals! With beautiful lines full of designer color, fun patterns, and sassy accents, WallPops are today's hottest wall art!

As you know, we are having a baby girl soon, and if you didn't....where have you been?!? We have been busily planning the princesses arrival, and a big part of that has been getting her nursery ready for her arrival. This weekend, we have been working overtime trying to get everything just perfect, and thanks to Wallpops, it is going smoother than expected!

I have been a huge fan of vinyl wall art since it became all the rage about 8 years ago, and have used different forms of it in my home since. In fact, Wallpops sent me a beautiful chrysanthum vinyl decal last year for my bedroom and it is still up and still beautiful! I am always asked where I got it from when I post pictures of anything in my bedroom.

This time Wallpops agreed to send me the Flutterby Butterfly Wall Decal Art Kit for review, and my husband and I have had so much fun playing with this, and adding butterflies all over her room! They are super easy to apply and just fun! You can INSTANTLY change the look of a room with these, and if you get bored of them, they are really easy to take down and and change the theme. Doing all of this work makes me wish she were being born sooner than October, but alas, I have to wait!

Butterfly wall decals add an enchanted look to any room! These sweet butterflies are designed with pretty pastel colors and a patchwork of polka dots and flowers on their wings. With butterflies in many different shapes and sizes, this beautiful wall art brings a whimsical feeling to life. This charming wall kit comes on two 39" x 17.25" sheets and contains a total of 84 pieces.

Walltastic Helped Us Create the MOST Amazing Dinosaur Room!

My oldest is obsessed with dinosaurs, like BIG time. I scoured the internet looking for fantastic wall murals because we made a deal if he slept in his own room for a month and continued to do so, I would give him an awesome dinosaur themed room. We have made some awesome changes to the room that was once our nursery, and I am excited to share them in a later post, but I have to tell you the best and most dramatic change we made was the amazing mural from Walltastic

The Dinosaur Land Mural is honestly amazing! It is so realistic! We spent three hours putting it up, and even though our wall was not large enough for the entire mural,  I still think it turned out pretty fantastic, and we have a happy little six year old boy to show for it!

"Walltastic® Ltd is the creator of Walltastic® the next generation of designer wallpaper murals for children. The most affordable, easiest and cost effective way of decorating decorating children's bedrooms, nurseries, playrooms and games rooms."

The hardest part about installing our Walltastic Mural was piecing it together before we put it up. It was like a giant puzzle that took up our entire living room (10ftx8ft) and we actually had to call in my son to help us piece it together! We then had to decide which pieces we wanted to leave out because our wall was not that large. After that decision we taped the panels to the wall to make sure it looked how we wanted it to. My husband went to the local hardware store and picked up wallpaper paste, and after the boys went to bed we went to work!
