Over the holiday season we took a family trip to the
Metropolis Resort in Eau Claire, WI for the weekend to help Mighty Maddy Mission
and their Tinsel and Tidings event. It was truly amazing. My family and I truly
felt honored to be a part of the event. Of course, we also had some fun during
the weekend while we were there. I want to not only share the event details
with you but also how you can go have fun at the
Metropolis Resort with your
family for a weekend getaway.

Spent the Weekend at Great Wolf Lodge and Had a Blast
by:
Katrina Kroeplin

Recently my girls, best friend and his son had a great opportunity to hosted at The Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin Dells, WI for a weekend. I don’t think it was possible that we had more fun.
Let me digress for a second. My girls and I live in AZ, but were back home visiting family and friends in WI. So, a weekend in the Dells was a great way to kick off our trip. Not to mention, it was my best friend Dan’s Birthday weekend.

The Wilderness Resort
by:
Katrina Kroeplin

My
family loves going on getaways for the weekend. It’s our chance to regroup and
recharge our batteries for whatever lies ahead. We were planning a weekend trip
with my siblings and parents and wanted to go to the Wilderness Resort in
Wisconsin Dells. I was very happy when they agreed to a review of their resort.
Since my family and I had already booked the room, the Wilderness Resort was
kind enough to give us a complimentary breakfast and 3 Wild Fun Passes (the baby
can’t use one of course).
We
arrived on Friday, check in was nice and easy in the main lobby. Once we got to
our room and unpacked a little we were ready for the fun to start. Mya of
course wanted to hit up the wave pool right away. I wasn’t surprised as that
girl loves water.
