Stress and Anxiety Essential Oil Blend!

As you know, we use oils for just about everything around here. The biggest issues that we use oils for, is mood. My oldest son and myself, suffer from frequent anxieties and neither of us handle stress well. Here I am sharing with you my tried and true stress and anxiety blend that helps both of us. It can be used topically or diffused.

  • 10 drops of Serenity oil
  • 10 drops of Balance oil
  • 5 drops of Geranium oil
  • 5 drops of Vetiver oil
Mix all oils in a 5ml bottle, and then fill the rest of the way with a carrier oil. (I prefer fractionated coconut oil.)

The Balance and Serenity oils are tradmarks of doterra, and are highly effective oils for stress and/or hormonal issues.

You can purchase a nice quality Geranium and Vetiver from Starwest Botanicals. This fantastic store has been in business since 1975 and offers the finest quality in oils, herbs, spices and other natural products. The two oils I received were very high quality oils, that have not been diluted with a carrier oil in any way. They also offer numerous sizes depending on your needs, at very reasonable prices.

Other uses for these oils:

Geranium is a great oil to use on its on for hormonal balance or to restore feelings of peace and calm. It is also a great one to use with a carrier oil to reduce signs of aging of your skin. It is a very sweet smelling oil that is wonderful to diffuse and have your house smelling great.

Veviter is a great oil for crankiness and to help in moment of hysteria. While it is not my favorite smell (it has a deep, smokey scent that reminds me of bacon) its overall benefits make it worth the smell.
