I think that baby wearing is getting more and more popular. I have been searching for the perfect carrier for me since I have a hard time carrying my toddler due to walking with a cane. I recently was able to test out Boba’s 4G carrier.

Baby wearing is one of my most favorite things. I started wearing Nugget within a hours of her birth- with skin to skin inside my nightgown, then skin to skin in our stretchy wrap once we got home. Our babywearing journey has definitely evolved as she's gotten older. With a very active toddler, babywearing is a major life saver when it comes to outings, especially since we're in the "I'm going to run away from you as fast as I can" phase. Sigh. Also, now that Nugget is larger, nursing while we're out running errands or shopping is so much easier when babywearing, because carrying a toddler to nurse is much more difficult than carrying a little baby. Nursing a toddler is like baby gymnastics while on the breast, also known as gymnurstics. Trying to carry while walking with a nursing toddler? Almost impossible.If you've got tips, PLEASE let me know! LOL!

Baby Bjorn is one of the biggest names in baby carriers, and for good reason! I was recently contacted to review and giveaway a Baby Bjorn Original carrier. This fantastic little carrier is super easy to put together, and wear. Trust me, when I say that we have tried MANY carriers, and not one has been as easy to use as the Bjorn. It seriously took all of 2 minutes to put this together, pop it on, and have baby in. It is color coded, so it makes it incredibly user friendly. This is coming from the girl that completely gave up with wraps because I never figured out how to use them!!

I tried a lot of baby carriers with my son, and even though many people swear by them, I came to learn both my son and I HATED the sling styles.  With this baby, I knew I needed to try out companies that offered an alternative to a sling carrier. That is when I started hearing great thing about Beco Baby Carriers. The name seemed to come up more and more, both on my online Moms groups but also with my real life friends. I began to research their carriers and found that they would be perfect for me.

I was lucky enough to receive the foxie pattern Gemini carrier. First off, I love that this pattern is very subdued but cute! It is totally masculine enough for my hubby to carry, but still cutsie enough for me and baby.  I also love that the fabric of this carrier is 100% organic cotton. 

 

As you can see in this illustration, the Beco Gemini has
a foldable head support, thicker adjustable straps to make carrying your little one more comfortable for you, a waist belt that adjust from 28-57” and can carry babies from 7lbs- 35lbs! I am personally convinced that Beco makes the BEST baby carrier on the market, and I think you will be to when you try it out! My favorite feature has to be that this carrier can be used 4 different ways for you and your babies comfort! As they get a little older they may not want to face you all the time, and this carrier is PERFECT for that.
