Nutrition is being talked about more and more these days, as it should be. Superfoods are one of things that I keep hearing about and how good they really are for us. So when Nutiva contacted me asking for me to try their Superfood Sampler Pack, there was no way I was saying no.

There is no shortage of snacks in my house. They range from the healthy to the not so healthy. Nuts.com asked if I was interested in trying out some of their items. I have heard a lot about them, so there was no way I was saying no to this.

As I've been looking more into living as clean and healthy as possible, I've also been looking for healthy, natural, organic and beauty and health ingredients. My sister keeps trying to get my to make my own deodorant, but in full disclosure, that just doesn't work for me. I'm a bit lazy when it comes to many things, and the thought of spreading and rubbing deodorant into my pits kind of eeks me out. However, during my search, I came across this company called Primal Pit Paste. I emailed them to see if they'd be interested in letting me review their product, and they were all for it!

Fallon was is starting her transition to table food but was still on some baby foods when I contacted Earth’s Best to try some of their stage 3 foods and pouches. I was so happy to hear that they would be sending us some to try out and also agreed to giveaway some as well.

Even though I am a nurse, I tend to think of treatments other than medication when it comes to my boys. I definitely believe in aromatherapy, and using different ingredients from nature instead of pharmaceuticals. This is where I differ from many nurses and health care professionals. Loving People Towels

Before we moved from Ga, we had a pretty good system of using more reusable towels for cleaning up messes, drying our hands, and were even finally using cloth napkins at every meal. And no, there's nothing extra "fancy" about using cloth napkins. It made more sense- less paper towels that cost anywhere between 5-15 cents each, and you never just use one... Even paper towels made from recycled materials still uses some "virgin" pulp (trees), water, energy and tons of chemicals. So, even if you spend the few extra dollars on "recycled" material paper towels in your home, you're still not decreasing your carbon footprint. However, I won't lie. My cloth napkins are still packed in with my china, in the garage. Which needs to be unpacked. Tomorrow, while Nugget is at Pre-School.
