Dying Easter Eggs and a snack from Voortman Cookies

Even though we are in the middle of our lockdown due to Covid-19 I want to make time for some Easter activities for the kiddos. Of course, that includes decorating Easter eggs. That’s a tradition we can’t leave out. With the help of my friends at Voortman Cookies the kids had a blast dying eggs and having a snack at the same time.

Easter Basket Ideas

Easter baskets are huge for kids and I feel that especially this year it’s hard for kids. We are cooped up in our houses, away from our friends and the routines are way off. I want my kids to have something normal and an Easter basket from the Easter Bunny is something they look forward to each year. Of course, please be safe, if you can order something, please do, or grab something when you are getting the essentials that you need. Here are a few great ideas for your kids Easter basket from Moosh-Moosh, Pilot Pen and TastyKake.

Skylanders Superchargers Spring Characters, Perfect for Easter

Are you looking for fun and unique ideas to put in your kid’s Easter basket? Candy is always fun, but doesn’t last. I love the idea of games, and toys being in baskets as well. Skylanders is such a hot item right now that it’s the perfect basket gift. Did you know that they have spring themed characters?

Tastefully Simple Easter Collection

I can’t believe that Easter is right around the corner. With Easter means some yummy food for breakfast, brunch, lunch or all the above. We are not near family anymore so we need to start our own Easter traditions when it comes to food. I’m not big on spending hours and hours in the kitchen preparing. When Tastefully Simple asked me to take a look at their Easter Collection, I of course said YES!

TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES HALF-SHELL HEROES: BLAST TO THE PAST (released 3/15)

Where are all my turtle (and dinosaur) lovers at? This new movies just released today combines many kids favorite things Ninja Turtles and Dinosaurs! This ADORABLE DVD is action packed featuring all the turtles in the baby-state, and is super cute to watch! My boys and I love this, and I know your pint sized turtle fan will too! It was just released today so snatch it up and enjoy it before all of your friends get the chance! It makes the perfect addition to your Easter baskets this year too! I love the idea of getting a grown up turtle movie for your school aged kids and the pint sized movie for the younger fans!

Future Trillionare Has the CUTEST Boys Easter Apparel!

Easter is just around the corner, its actually at the end of the month (since when does Easter fall in March haha) so it is definitely time to start thinking about what your kids will wear. It seems to be much easier to find fashionable girl finds, in fact fluffy floral dresses are everywhere you turn this time of year, but boy clothes are a bit harder to find!

Even though we go to church every Sunday, I like my boys to be a bit dressier on Easter Sunday so when I heard of Future Trillionaire, I was so excited to have my youngest son try out one of these awesome tops. We received the Sandbox Hero in Brown/Blue and I am in love with this top and tie combo! The material this is made of (all 100% cotton) is awesome, and it is a heavier shirt that I know will NEVER wear out as long as my son can wear it! I am absolutely thrilled that I ordered it a size up so I know that my son will be able to wear this for the next year, beyond Easter festivities! This top definitely fits true to size. I ordered a size 6 (I was afraid the brand ran small like so many online do) when he wears a size 5. As you can see in the picture he has quite a lot of room to grow.

Peeps, the Perfect Easter Treat

When I think of Easter candy, I think of jellybeans and peeps, and of course chocolate, but i’m always thinking about chocolate. Peeps is just one of those candies that screams it’s Easter time! I love that over the years Peeps has branched out and has more flavors than ever.

Personalize Your Little One's Easter with Titles from I See Me!

There is always an occasion to give your child custom books, at least in my opinion. There is not better occasion than Easter to offer them super cute and custom books such as the new title Dino Hunt. This book is super cute, and perfect to fill Easter Baskets with. It is the perfect addition for any Dinosaur lover, like my boys are! I am actually getting this amazingly fun and colorful book for the princesses Easter basket this year. I cannot wait to get my hands on it and read it for years to come with her.

My Dinosaur Egg Hunt Personalized Book

In this personalized book, authored and illustrated by children’s book veteran Bob Barner, your child becomes a paleontologist on the hunt for fossilized dinosaur eggs. Young readers will delight in learning about different dinosaurs and their eggs found around the world. Your child will also love seeing his or her name and photo on the cover and on every page of this charming adventure.

An around-the-world dinosaur adventure awaits in this personalized storybook. Upload an image of your child and see their smiling face incorporated into the artwork on every spread!

As you all know, I See Me is a brand I totally stand behind. I think I love them so much, mostly because I never ever had anything personalized in my childhood because Paige was just not that common 34 years ago. The internet was in its infancy, and of course, you could not order super cool stuff like you can now! I gave both of my boys and my daughter unique names, so I love I See Me for custom books for them! I see me has so many awesome, high quality gifts for your little ones. You can fill their Easter basket with personalized coloring books, place mats, books and MORE!

Crazy Foam is Back with SUPERHEROES!

Got kids crazy about super heroes in your house? Then you certainly do not want to miss the Crazy Foam Super Hero Collection! This collection is PERFECT for Easter basket fillers and is sure to make your little one happy with the colorful and fun collection that includes the Joker, Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman. Each can contains super sudsy, great smelling foam! My three year old absolutely loves this stuff, and loves to pretend that he is making "muddy puddles" with it! Mommy loves it because with all this play, he is actually getting himself washed, and washing his hands in the process. Crazy Foam works as a shampoo and body wash too, so it is the fun and practical Easter basket gift!

Crazy Foam is back!

American bath time staple Crazy Foam is back and better than ever nearly half a century after its debut in 1965. A playful essential in American homes throughout the 60's, 70's, and 80's, Crazy Foam is a 3-in-1 body wash, shampoo, and conditioner packaged in easy-to-spray collectible cans adorned with iconic pop culture characters and some of our own crazy characters.

Spreadshirt perfect Easter clothes

Are you looking for cute Easter clothes that aren’t the same as everyone else? Don’t get me wrong, the big stores have some super cute selections, I just wanted something a little different, a little more unique. Spreadshirt contacted me and asked if I would take a look at their Easter line.

I See Me Offers the Best Personalized Easter Gifts Around, Win "My Little Book of Blessings Personalized Book"

We love I See Me around here and the lovely personalized books and products they offer, and I was thrilled to get to work with them again! They agreed to send both Katrina and I products that are perfect for Easter baskets!

Paige: I picked the personalized book, "My Little Book of Blessings Personalized Book" for my little man. This sing-songy book talks about all the blessing that every parent wishes for their child. While I did not include this option in mine, you can add the name of up to 8 friends and family in this book to make it even more personalized. As always this book is wonderfully illustrated, very well made and makes and absolutely perfect gift for any little one in your life! Since my little man is only two, I have been able to read the book to him, and then put it away to include in his Easter basket. He seems to love that that book repeats his name over and over, and loves the pretty pictures. He had many giggles at the pictures of all the little boys and girls standing together.
