Snickerdoodle Cheesecake with Voortman Cookies

My friends and boyfriend love a good cheesecake and the last couple months I have made a few. Gearing up for the holidays I wanted to make something that would go great for Thanksgiving dinner. That’s where Voortman cookies come into play. Who doesn’t love a snickerdoodle cookie? So I took the cookie and decided to turn it into the crust for a Snickerdoodle Cheesecake.

tommee tippee asked me to tell you what I am thankful. Honestly, this could become a novel because I feel so incredibly blessed in my life, and I have so much to be thankful for! 

1. I am thankful for my life, for my amazing husband who works so hard to provide for us. We have been through so many struggles in our 10 years of marriage but we have overcome them all.

2. My beautiful baby boys! They are my world. They are my reason for living. They are my everything. I could not imagine one day on this earth without them.

3. My parents. My dad has went on to heaven, but I was blessed with amazing parents. I have a Mom who is my best friend and has taught me how to be a good Mom to my own children.

4. God. He is the reason all of the above things exist in my life. He is the reason we have happiness. 

5. Little moments. Holding hands with my babies. Enjoying coffee and coffee cake with my inlaws, words with friends with my mom, laughing at something stupid with my husband. The little moments matter.

6. While we are talking about the little moments. Some of my favorite little moments are cuddling with my sleeping or almost asleep toddler. Maple Syrup and Raw Honey Review and Giveaway

In my house we love eating breakfast foods, and often have breakfast for dinner. I was told about Mohawk Valley Trading Company and their awesome products, and had to try them out for myself. I was so happy when they said they would send me 2 jars of honey and a jar of maple syrup.
