I have a few moms (step, regular, in law ect) so I have to buy a few people gifts. My mom has been needing a new blender for awhile so I was really excited when Ninja agreed to send me their Nutri Ninja Ninja Blender DUO with Auto IQ. Plus I really wanted to try it out for myself.
Blenders are one of the kitchen accessories that is a must have (at least for me it is). I make a lot of protein shakes, and it really isn’t the same from the blender as it is when i just shake it in the container.
The first thing I love about this blender is that I can use a regular size blender attachment, but when I want to make something smaller, like my protein shakes I can use their cups. No need to transfer anything to another cut. You just take the blade off and replace it with the lid and you are good to go!
Nutri Ninja Ninja Blender DUO with Auto IQ has to be one of the smartest blenders I have ever tried . If you don’t have the glasses or the pitcher on correctly it won’t turn on. A the same time you have to have the lid on the pitcher correctly as well. This is a great safety measure. You can’t accidentally leave the lid off and make a huge mess in your kitchen (I may or may not have done that a time or two with other blenders). If you aren’t sure on how long you should blend something, the Auto-iQ has that covered for you. There are buttons on the on the blender that are for specific things. If you want to do just ice or frozen fruit, then use the ultra blend, for sauces, dips and such you can use the puree button, and so on. There is a button for just about anything you need.
My oldest loves making margaritas (non alcoholic), so we need a blender that can stand up to ice. The power the blender has is amazing. It only takes a few seconds to blend up her margarita or the iced coffee smoothies that I like to drink.
I love coffee and of course I have a sweet tooth. I recently found a drink that looked way too good. It was a mix of coffee and ice cream sandwiches. Seriously, doesn’t that sound amazing?!? So I just had to try it out, and I figured it would be a great way to put the Ninja to the test. I have to say, it was a little taste of heaven! Now, I kind of wish I hadn’t tried it, as I want it all the time now.
One other thing I found really interesting was that there are suction cup type things on the bottom so that it is secure to your counter and won’t slide around or fall (love this feature).
- The lid as a pour spout to make pouring much easier
- 72 oz pitcher
- cups/jars are dishwasher safe and BPA Free
- cups also come with sip & seal lids
- 5 Auto-iQ programs to make blending easier for you
- Digital Timers

Nutri Ninja Ninja Blender DUO with Auto IQ is well worth the $199 price point. It would make for an amazing Mother’s Day gift (I know I wouldn’t say no), or even a gift for yourself. Ninja makes other blender systems as well, I would check them all out and see which one would be perfect for you.
