My daughter loves lip gloss. Well, what 4-year-old girl doesn’t? I’m 32, and I still love trying out new shades. We are in the middle of all the commercials and ads for Christmas Toys. A commercial for Num Noms Lipgloss Truck came on and Fallon stopped everything and her eyes were glued to the screen. What’s even funnier is, she didn’t know that exact toy, was in our guest room ready for her to play with Christmas morning.
I must admit, I’m kind of looking forward to “helping” her make her lip glosses. I mean, I’m the mom and I must supervise, right?
Num Noms are these super cute little toys for kids to play with. You collect different styles, like dinner food, brunch, pizza etc. Each pack has different ones for each specialty. Fallon love these, and don’t mind as it allows her to really explore her imagination and interact with them. She even plays with them in her Little Tykes toy kitchen. She’s only 4 and the things she comes up with is fantastic. Maybe she will be a chef someday. I think having her watch Chopped with me is really paying off.
The Num Noms Lipgloss Truck was named in Walmart’s “Top 25”, and Toys R Us “Fabulous 15” making this one of the it toys for the holiday season. I can see why, it takes imagination, toys, makeup and glitter, yes glitter. Everyone loves glitter (don’t worry, there isn’t much, so it won’t make too much of a mess).
Kids get to mix their own lip gloss, putting flavors together. They can pick from cherry, vanilla and glitter sprinkles. Once put together, you serve it like you would an ice cream cone, or dish. Part of the fun, is making your own “lip gloss Sunday”.
Num Noms went a step further and each truck comes with a Special Edition, so you may get a food character that you don’t already have.
