Mom & Me Book Open Up Great Dialogue Between Mommy and Child!

About four years ago I started making a journal for my first son, because I know I will not always be able to remember the little moments of him growing up, and he will not always have me around to remind him how special he is and how much I love him. I have of course continued this with my second son and plan on doing the same with our daughter on the way. Recently, I was contacted to review another great item that can help my son get to know me better, and in turn get to know him better as well. This fantastic book is from fromyoutome.com and is called Mom & Me. 

My oldest is now seven so he is the perfect age to work on this book together. You see, it asks me a lot of questions about myself and then asks him the same questions about himself. So far we have done a few pages together, and we just love it! We laugh at the similarities we have, and enjoy talking about my childhood together. It really has opened up a lot of dialogue between us, and I know we will accomplish much more this summer when we both have more time. I think this is a fantastic idea, and I love that this book is hard backed with a built in bookmark so we can enjoy it together for many years to come. I can then put it up and give it to him when he is older, along with the journal I have been keeping for him.
