Everyone hears how important vitamins are, but how many of us really take that seriously and takes them daily? I know I do, but I have to. I can feel it when I don’t, I get really tired and just feel off. I had the opportunity to try out Centrum® MultiGummies and I really wanted to check out their quality.

One of my biggest things that I had in my mind against gummie vitamins is sugar. Most that I have seen have so much sugar in them. So the first thing I looked at when getting the bottle of Centrum® MultiGummies was how much sugar was in theirs. I was really surprised when they have only 2 grams. That’s not even 2 grams per gummie, that’s 2 grams for two gummies!!! I was like WHAT?!?, to say I was shocked was an understatement.

I was also surprised at how good they really were, not to the point of candy (thank goodness), and no aftertaste. I’ll be sharing more in a few weeks on how I like them.

• 46% of Americans cite lack of time as a reason why they do not eat a healthy, balanced diet.
• Survey Methodology: GfK conducted the survey from October 23 to November 1, 2014, on behalf of Prevention and Centrum®. GfK surveyed a total of 1,006 U.S. adults ages 18+ using the GfK online KnowledgePanel®.  The margin of sampling error for this poll is +/- 3.3 percentage points (total sample) and is higher for subgroups.
