What do you do with your electronics after your kids are done playing with them? I know prices change and it’s hard getting what they are really worth. I recently learned about a site called trade4cash. Pretty much you find your item, mail it to them and they pay you with a egiftcard, check or paypal depending on what you want.
I was going through some of the items that they take, and they are classic video games, but also figures like Disney Infinity sykanders etc. They even will buy ipads.
It is very easy to find the item you want to trade for cash. After that all you do is select the condition it is in and continue. Trade4cash is very upfront on how much they will buy the item for. I will admit that I was surprised at first at the low value until I looked a little more at it. For example, if you have a Gill Grunt Sylanders Figure and it’s in new condition (still in the package) then they will buy it fro $2.20. If it’s in good condition it will be $2.00 and if in poor, well $0.20 (IMO not worth it at that point). After I saw those offers I simply did a Google search to see how much it would cost if I wanted to buy that brand new again. My search showed 10+ stores that had that same figure for $5.88. So an offer of $2.20 really isn’t bad at all.
One of the really neat things that I found is that if you would like to donate your items you can select a charity to receive your payment instead. That’s a really great way to give back without knowing how to get the charity the money.
I definitely recommend you check out Trade4cash if you are looking for a little cash without the hassle of a garage sale or posting them all online and waiting for people to buy them. Who knows, maybe you can sell enough to buy a few new toys or games.
