Lavender Bear from Cloud B

Day 6- A soothing nights sleep!

If you read any of the parenting magazines that are out there you have heard of the fantastic store Cloud B. They are the makers of the sleep sheep, twilight turtle, dozy dolphin, and lavender bear!

When my son was just an infant someone gave us a sleep sheep. He was still sleeping in his basinet in our room at the time and at bedtime the soothing noises of the ocean and rain helped put both he and I to sleep. The sleep sheep also plays the heart beat and whales noises; we just preferred the water noises. It comes with a handy little attachment as well to hang it to the side of the crib to keep it away from the baby.


Recently, I contacted Cloud B to review their Twilight Turtle and I am so glad I did. This turtle is the coolest thing. Of course, it was daytime when it arrived so I took my son into the guest bathroom (where there is no window) to show him the stars and I could not get him out. He stayed in there for 30 minutes literally ohhhing and ahhhing at the stars on the wall! You know anything that can hold a 15 month old baby’s attention that long is pretty neat. It has three colors: blue, green, and amber. I prefer the blue. It is so nice and relaxing that I want to steal his turtle for just one night to fall asleep under the constellations myself!


They also sent a lavender bear for this CONTEST! (yah!) of course, I have not opened it, but it is in a mesh bag so I was able to take a little sniff at it and OMG! Its smells WONDERFUL! It is filled with natural lavender that will hold its smell for 5 years! To release the scent you just gently squeeze the back of the bear or neck and lay it near where your baby sleeps. The natural lavender will help to lull your baby into a quiet nights sleep. This bear was also rated Creative Childs Magazines 2006 top toy.
