Level Up Movie is an action adventure the whole family will enjoy!

“In the Level Up movie, three heroic avatars battle together in a massively multi-player online video game – Conqueror of All Worlds. But, in real life, they are high school teenagers, who barely know each other’s names, let alone their real identities. Once the game’s baddie is unleashed in the real world, this trio needs to put aside their differences to fight the evil threat. In addition to the movie, the DVD is packed with a never-before-seen episode from the all-new television series that debuted this past January, and a music video by Pigeon John. When it premiered on Cartoon Network in November 2011, Level Up captured more than 2.5 million viewers ages 2 and up, ranked #1 in its time period among kids 6-11 and was the #1 telecast of the day among kids 9-14 and all boys, according to Nielsen Media Research. The Level Up movie was created and written by Derek Guiley and David Schneiderman (both credited for Chasing Liberty) and directed by Peter Lauer (Sons of Tucson, Chuck). Creators Guiley and Schneiderman are executive producers on the Level Up television series along with Peter Murrieta (Wizards of Waverly Place, Hope and Faith), who serves as the series’ show-runner.”

Our Take: This is a really great movie. Initially I thought that my son would not be interested in this movie because it does not feature animation but I was pleasantly surprised. Because the movie does offer digitally made monsters, it held my sons attention for the full 69 minutes. Little man at 4, thoroughly enjoyed this movie, and has watched it time and time again! I highly recommend this movie to any monster-loving action-loving little boy out there, no matter the age. I say that, because I enjoyed Level up too, because it offered a good clean action movie that my son and I could enjoy together!

I received this movie for my consideration while writing this review.

  1. pet insurance
Pet owners are concerned for the health of their pets. A strong recall is equally important in the pool area when you want your dog to come to you. Perhaps it may be the individual is really gentle, or maybe a little more forceful - bringing the best out in the cat.
