While looking for my son a super cool backpack this year, I happened across Madpax and immediately fell in love. For my little dinosaur loving boy, I could not imagine a better backpack. Even though this bag is technically a school supply, I could not deny him playing with it this summer! He has put on quite a few battles with his daddy, and of course, he always wins!

First off all, the Madpax is wonderfully made. I do not say this, or take this statement lightly. It is honestly VERY WELL MADE. I totally see us keeping this backpack for my little man, and even his little brother, to use for trips to their Mini-Mas house. However, this year, the half pack will be his primary backpack. Since he is going into first grade, there is not a ton of school supplies that have to be carried back and forth to and from school daily, so the half pack is just perfect for the folder, and change of clothes that will be required. I can definitely see that next year, or when he is older, he will need the full pack. You can see how the half-pack fits little man..and please note that he is 62lbs and about 4ft 5inches, so he is not a TINY kid..and the pack is still fairly substantial on his frame. h) 14” (w) 10” Little man is definitely going to be the “cool kid” amongst his dino loving friends!
