My sons teacher just reached out and told me that I needed to have his vision screened because he is reading too close to the paper. It is ironic that this happened just after I posted vision questions for my readers. Protecting our eyes from UV glare and having regular screenings are instrumental in good eye health!

I learned that the blue light that radiates from fluorescent and CFL light bulbs, computer screens, tablets, smartphones and televisions screens can cause increasing damage over time and can lead to macular degeneration.
