I never thought about ear muffs for
my baby. I guess we never went to anyplace that loud with her. Even on 4th
of July this year we stayed home due to other things going on. When Baby Banzcontacted me I thought, wow what a neat idea and had to check them out. The
earmuffs are for ages 0-2yrs.
I chose the pink pair because, well
I have a little girl, and they are super cute. They actually look like wireless
headphones, which is really cool. I like the fact that they aren’t super soft
and look like a toy. This way maybe she will leave them on her head longer.

When I first put them on Fallon,
she didn’t like them, she took them off and wore them around the house looking
like a DJ, but it was cute. After a little while, I tried again and then she
loved them. She didn’t want me to take them off. I think she felt cool.
We went to a sporting event where
it would probably get pretty loud so I took them with just in case. I’m glad I
did because in the gym it did get really loud with people cheering and
everything. Once we put them on, she seemed happier that it wasn’t as loud.
I definitely think you should get
this if you plan on going to noisy places, not to mention just to keep your
babies ears warm in the chilly weather. Plus they will look cute at the same
time.

we recommend that they are not used for children less than 6 months old.
This is due to the fact that newborns heads are quite soft and the
Earmuffs are a reasonably tight fit. PLEASE
NOTE: This is a RECOMMENDATION only. We have had customers use our
Earmuffs on children less than 6 months with no problems whatsoever.
Should you find the ear muffs to be a bit too tight, they can be
stretched slightly. Simply place two chairs back to back, and stretch the
ear muffs over the two chairs. After leaving the ear muffs for a
while, they will have stretched by a small amount, making them a bit less
tight when worn.”

My grandson would use the ear muffs while outside at the park or when my son in law takes him running in the jogging stroller! I also like their green sun hat!

I would use these at church our worship team has drums and electric guitars so it can get pretty loud :) Plus Daddy is a drummer, it would even be great for at home! I also like the Retro Banz, very cute!!

ReplyDeleteOur granddaughter doesn't like loud noises, and she shouldn't have her ears damaged by activities such as fireworks, loud music and four wheeling. The glasses would be great, too.

ReplyDeleteWould use them at parades, fireworks - would even be helpful at large family gatherings to calm baby before putting her down to sleep. Would take them off to sleep of course ;-)

I would use the earmuffs at home for when our parrots are being particularly raucous. Parrot screams can reach decibels that hurt adult hearing, and with a newborn due any day, we'd like to have an option for when the birds just won't be quiet. I also like the BabyBanz...we do live in the desert after all!
ReplyDeleteWe go to my cousins band competitions and my little guy gets tired of my fingers in his ear or hands over them when some of the bands get really loud. I think he would rather wear his own earmuffs instead. We had a pair of baby banz sunglasses for him when he was an infant. we were going to the beach and they were the only ones that we tried that would stay on his head and block the UV rays.
