Bee Helpful kids story book

How far would you go to save your best friend?  I know personally I do would close to anything and everything to help my best friends. Sometimes helping someone takes you on a scary path. J.W. Edwards has a new book out called Bee Helpful and asked if I could look it over and do a review. I love kids book (good thing since I have 2 kids) so I of course said yes.

Bee Helpful is about Sunny Bee, he needs to help his friend Myah who is a sunflower when she got sick. Sunny finds himself on a journey to help his friend. When he reached out for others to help him some just laugh. He first asks a few female bees but they just laugh at him, so he keeps going. He found a frog but that frog just laughed at him too. He came across a turtle to help, but as we all know they are slow creatures and Sunny needed someone who was fast. The trip kept going and Sunny showed perseverance as he didn’t want his friend to die.

This is truly a cute story and does teach kids a lesson. To me it shows what friendship is and how we should treat each other.  I think it’s great for kids, and helps them see how they can help one another.
