We all know how important proper nutrition is for us as well as our children. I don't know about you, but sometimes life gets in the way of my best intentions, so we are religious about taking our vitamins daily. I have a very hard time swallowing but "horse" pill vitamins, so I prefer gummy vitamins, and that is also the only vitamin my oldest son will take.

Recently Puritans Pride sent me a package of gummy vitamins  for adults and kids. My son will ONLY take the Puritans Pride brand gummy now, because he says it tastes so much better than his other gummy vitamins. He really loves them, and looks forward to taking them every night. It includes vitamin A,D,C and E and even zinc. This combination is great for the eyes, immune system, and bones. I can rest assured that my son is getting proper vitamins, even if his diet is not where it needs to be. Anyone with a six year old knows it can be a struggle to get them to eat proper meals. 

What I love about the adult gummies is I only need to take two. The brand I have been taking for quite some time require me to take six a night, and as good as they taste, that is a LOT of carbs when I am watching my carb intake. This gummy is great for the heart, joints, eyes and bones and is a great tasting evening treat for me.
