Nutrisystem Week 5


Week 5 on Nutrisystem!!! wasn’t sure what to expect when I stepped on the scale this morning, but to my surprise I had lost a pound. Let’s be honest, I would have loved to have lost more than a pound, BUT a loss is better than a gain so I’ll take it.

I was so much better about eating this last week than I was the week before. I think we start a diet and are really good then as we get comfortable with it, well, we then straw more and more from it. I will do my absolute best not to stray very often.



Today I start my second month. I received my frozen food on Saturday, but not the non-frozen ones. I can just eat from what I have now and then mix it up once I get the other package.


I’m looking forward to trying new meals that I didn’t have last month and hope some of my favorites are included. I really like the French toast. I think the breakfasts are my favorite meals so far.

I have received a lot of good feedback from everyone and I want to thank you. Let’s hope this next week goes fantastic as well.
