Everalbum

If you are like me you take tons of pictures with your phone and camera and sometimes even a tablet. You probably even have them on old flash drives.  I know me personally, I have over 4,000 on my camera roll alone, not to mention how many are on my laptop and such.  I was recently approached by a company called Everalbum to take a look at their app/program. I’m game for something to help me with photos.

The first thing you do is download their app available on itunes and/or download on your computer. The android service is almost ready. It takes a few mins to download and to set up then you are done with the hard part. The rest Everalbum does for you. You can upload pics from your phone with the app, from your computer hard drive and even from social media accounts. Lord only knows how many I have on there.

Never worry about running out of space on your phone EVER again. Once your photos from your phone are backed up, you can delete your camera roll and any future photo you take will automatically be added and backed up to your Everalbum.  This is HUGE for me as I have so many pictures on my camera roll that it eats up a ton of space even though I have a 64GB iphone. I have synced my phone with the computer to transfer pics over, but takes so long and I have to remember to do it once in a while so if something happens to the phone I have everything. Using Everalbum, they uploaded my camera roll in under an hour and will continue to back them up as I take pictures.

- Never worry about losing family photos again. No matter if your computer breaks, or you lose your phone, once in Everalbum they are backed up and safe forever. I can’t even imagine how I would feel if I lost all my pics, so this reassurance is HUGE, HUGE, HUGE in my world.

- Never worry about privacy or having your photos public. Privacy is very important to us and we’ve done everything possible to guarantee all of your photos are private to you and only you by default, except when you want to share your photos privately with family and friends. This is such a great way to share but only share what you want to, and when you want to. All you have to do is hit share and it will ask you to see the contacts on your phone. You can use those or type in a phone number or email address. The person you are sharing it with doesn’t need a Everalbum account, but they have an option to sign up right away if they want to.

Ok, let’s talk additional features. I already said the basic on how it saves and you can share. There are other features that are great.

The first one is that you can comment on a picture and hit the little heart that makes it a favorite and easy to find.

Everalbum puts your photos into albums for you so it’s easier to find

My favorite feature is editing. You don’t need to put the picture in another app to edit, Everalbum has its own editing. Super easy to use and really fun to use. You can add funny stickers, add text, change saturations, you name it you can probably do it. Then save it and it’s in your account.

Pricing for premium service:

- Very affordable pricing for families
- $7.99/month or save 20% by buying yearly at $79/year and have up to 50,000 photos backed up in full resolution
- Never worry about GBs, or MBs storage, we don’t care about that.
Paying for a year at one time may seem like a lot, but you can save 20%, but if you can’t do that you can still have their premium services at $7.99/mon.  I looked at companies that offer similar services but sometimes over double the price. You are getting a great deal with Everblum.

I encourage you to share your thoughts on this service. Honestly, so far I absolutely love it.

  2. Everyone has more pictures than they know what to do with them. It's like our stuff, the minute we get rid of it, because we have too much stuff, then we need it the next minute. This is something to consider.

  12. I take my photos off my phone immediately and back them up on a cloud and my external hard drive because of storage space issues.

  23. Very important as back up. Even when I download my pictures, something can happen before I get to transfer. I don't want to loose those memories for sure.
