It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day, it’s a new life,
for me and I’m feeling good. Ok, not really, but I wish that was true. This last week has been horrible. I ate out
more than I ate at home. It’s completely my fault. I’m in charge of what goes
into my body, so the only person I can blame is myself.
Even though I feel like a complete failure right
now, I still have time to turn myself around and do better. I’m down 8 pounds
since the beginning. 8 pounds is good, but I want and need to lose more.
It’s funny and sad at the same time. I help women
with losing weight on a daily basis. I tell them to make good choices, eat low
carb, high protein, yet I can’t even follow my own advice. I’m lucky that I can
turn to a few friends that will whip me into shape. I need to be accountable.
I’m taking the step to really change and get back on
track to my goal weight. I have this amazing opportunity working with
Nutrisystem. I’m going to ask you readers for your help. What is your best
advice for me?

I think not to think about it too much. If I think about not doing something, I want to do it more if it is something I like. Put hot spices on your food (Dr. Oz). It is supposed to boost your metabolism a little. Increase your activity a little. I haven't tried nutrisystem but it is supposed to be good. Make little changes that are healthy and slowly incorporate them into your lifestyle. Rita Spratlen
