Ozeri Turtlemeter bath Thermometer

I think I have said this a lot but I love Ozeri and their products. I was asked to do another review, this time on their Turtlemeter. I of course said yes once I saw that it tells you if the water temperature is too cold or hot.

What the Turtlemeter is, is a device that you put into bath water and it tells you if it is safe for your child. Fallon doesn't like the water much to begin with so we really need to make sure it is the perfect temperature or she will freak out. We all know that if water is too hot will could burn the child so it’s very important to have it right.

The LCD screen illuminates in Blue if the bathwater temperature is less than 95°F., The LCD screen illuminates in Green if the bathwater temperature ranges from 95°F to 102.2°F., The LCD screen illuminates in Red if the bathwater temperature is greater than 102.2°F.

Most things you have to set up when you buy or somehow activate. With the Turtlemeter, it works right out of the box. I didn’t have to do anything but put it into the bath water. It comes with batteries already in it, and when it comes time to replace you only need 3 AAA batteries.

Not only is this a really cute turtle and a way to make sure bath water is safe, it also doubles as a toy for kids. Fallon has toys for the bath but nothing really like this, so she found it really neat and focused on that, which made bath time a little easier for us.

It’s on sale right now on Amazon for only $12.95 and normally $19.95, so for under $20 you are getting a toy and a safety device.

This would make for a great addition to a baby shower basket or for a new mom after the baby is born.
