PicTricks photo editing and retouching

Do you ever have pictures that you took, that aren’t exactly how you want them? I think most of us have. Even if you have the editing software the touch ups might be beyond your skills and you need help. PickTricks asked that I check out their services.

I was really surprised at how easy the process was and how reasonable the pricing is. The base price is $5. With the base price you get a wide variety of options to choose from. After that you can choose from extras. The pricing for all the extras is right there, so there is no hidden cost. One of the best parts about PickTricks is that the turn around time is 24 hours or less.

The first picture I selected was when Darin and I were in Oregon a few years ago and went to the coast  (BTW still very cold even in June). I don’t really like the picture because I don’t have any makeup on. I didn’t choose many options for the complimentary service (base), and only had them adjust the brightness, contrast or exposure, but did ask to have digital makeup applied. As you can see from the after the artist did a really good job. The makeup that she applied was minimal and pretty much just evened my skin. I’m really happy with it.

The second photo is one where my makeup is looking pretty orange-ish and I’m not really liking it. I only asked for the complimentary services: Adjust brightness, contrast or exposure, remove blemishes, soften focus and teeth whitening. I think she did a good job and softened my face so the makeup wasn’t so dark.

The third photo was really bright due to the sun. It was taken a year ago on Fallon's birthday. In this one I didn’t ask for special services either. I asked for: Adjust brightness, contrast or exposure, adjust or enhance color: entire photo, remove blemishes and soften focus.  The changes that were done are subtle but you can see that it’s a little darker and makes everything look better in my opinion.

The fourth picture is me at the beach in FL this last February, I’m not really happy with my stomach area so I asked that they do some body contouring which is on the special services list. with the base services I asked for them to make me a little more tan and remove wrinkles. I think they did a good job. The artist didn’t really change to much of my stomach to make it look fake, but enough to make it look a little better. She also just added a little bit of color to my very pale skin.

The last picture is of my daughter. There wasn’t much to really change except for the brightness, contrast or exposure so that is was a little more clear and crisp. I think she did a great job. The finished picture was a lot more clear and looks great.

Overall I love the service of PicTricks. If you're not happy with the work that the artist did you can comment and ask for changes and they will make the changes for you at no additional cost. It’s great turnaround and saves time from you doing it yourself. The more pictures you order at a time the bigger discount that you will get. I recommend trying it today.

  3. Basically, this is the scenario - you have a digital camera and you have taken some shots; when you load them to your computer and look at them at a normal size, you see that there are some aspects of the picture that are not great.Clipping Path
