Shrimp & Grits Kids Review

Anyone that knows me well, knows that kids clothing are an obsession of mine. I see my children as a reflection of myself, and therefore I want them seen in the best possible light. Okay, well maybe that is just what I am telling myself to justify purchasing SUPER cute clothes. Every now and then I score awesome kids clothes for review, like I recently did with Shrimp & Grits Kids. I received the Whale T-Shirt and Blue Stripped Shorts. 

The first thing I noticed about Shrimp & Grits Kids (besides the awesome name- as a Florida girl, I just ADORE the name) was the prices! Most items are on sale and you can purchase clothing items starting at $10.80. The rompers, bubbles, tees and shorts for little boys are so adorable and have that amazing boutique look! The girl selection is even better and provides applique dresses, smocked top, girls bubbles and many more styles. You can even purchase matching brother/sister outfits which is wonderful for family pictures!

When I received the Whale t-shirt and Blue Shorts I was amazed at the quality. Seriously, the tee is super soft and the applique is attached very well. This is definitely not a cheaply made knock-off at all! The neck and sleeves are  blue which add a nice touch to blend in with the stripped shorts! You can purchase the tee for sizes 2t all the way up to a size 9!  This is perfect for my boys who are almost six years apart! The blue stripped shorts have an elastic waist so they are easy to get on and off for diaper changes, or if you have a little one that is potty training and needs quick access. They are made of a very nice, high quality material too! Together, the outfit is perfect for my handsome little blue eyed man, even though he was not in a great mood to model! It runs true to size. I received a 2t in each and fit him very well! 

I am so happy with my Shrimp & Grits Kids outfit!! Starting 7/9/14, I will be hosting a contest for $50 to their store so be sure to check back then!!
