Epson Small in One Printer

Students have limited space when it comes to what they can take with them to college. They have even less room if they are in a dorm. Having a good printer is essential especially when you need to hand in papers and assignments for classes. Epson asked if I would test out their Epson Expression Home XP-410 Small-in-One™ All-in-One Printer, of course I said yes.

This printer may have small in the title but it still does everything a regular full size printer will do. It fits nicely on a desk of it can go on a shelf. It will connect to your WiFi, so all you need is an outlet near it to plug it in.

My mother in law comes over all the time asking me to print photos of her so I tried it out with this printer and it was great. I didn’t need my computer, I was able to put the SD card into the printer, edit and print right away. If you download the Epson connect app you can print from an ipad, iphone, tablets and even smartphones with just a press of a button. Super easy and super awesome.

At 7 pages (black) per minute and 4 (color), it's nice and fast.

I really like the LCD panel in the front so that when I want to edit a photo or anything I can do it really fast and not have to include my computer.

Ink can get super expensive. Luckily with Epson you can replace only what you need. All the colors are in a separate cartridge so it is easy to pop one out and replace it without throwing away other ink colors. When you order the ink or buy from the store, make sure you are getting the right kind for your printer. This printer takes the 200, you can save more if you buy the XL rather than the regular since the XL has more ink.

The XP-410 Small in one printer usually sells for $99.99 but is onsale for $69.99 on their site.

I’m thinking that this printer will be going in my daughter’s room since she will be printing more and more now that she will have more homework.
