Summer Boredom Buster Giveaway from National Geographic

If you have been reading this blog any time at all, you know that I absolutely love educational items, and love making learning fun for my boys! National Geographic Kids is one of our favorite ways to do this because my boys learn fun facts about many different topics, while looking at colorful, beautiful pictures and having fun along the way. I was recently sent several new titles to check out with my oldest.

These titles have come in especially handy during the long days of summer vacation! We love the Fill In's because at seven, we are still working on exactly what adverbs, nouns ect are! It is also great because it helps him practice his handwriting (which is something he usually HATES doing) but does so in a FUN way! When we first started the My Dinosaur Adventure (you know we had to start with the dinosaurs first) my son had no clue what we were working, and just set about diligently filling in the paragraph. Once he was done, and I read to him the story, we both had a great belly laugh!! We have worked a little on the Quiz Whiz, which is really cool and fact filled, and the sticker activity sets are awesome too! Both of these will be headed out with us next week as I attempt a 6 hour car ride with two little boys by myself!! I know that each of these books will keep my oldest entertained for a few hours, so that does give me some peace of mind!

I know that we still have a few weeks of summer left here, so if you do too, you might like to purchase some of these titles to get some quite time around your house! What would be even better is to WIN THEM!

  21. Ceramic and band heaters are a bit expensive compared to a wire coil heater, but the benefits they offer are great.
Quite a few solo mess devices may, even so,
be taken meant for combining. These heaters are good at absorbing as well as dispersing heat energy.
