Man, we have had some kind of illness that is kicking our butts around here! It's a respiratory something and has gotten the best of me, and my 21 month old son. This handy little thing works perfect to help soothe little ones to sleep at night, or to use to help comfort colds! The Eucalyptus/methol smells great (I personally love that scent) and it helps keep my little man from becoming overly stuffy! I am also a huge believer of aromatherapy and lavender oils for bedtime, so the lavender is awesome to help him drift into a nice sleep.
