Complete Your Holiday Looks with Mary Kay!

What is your #1 must have item in your beauty routine? Lately mine has been concealer. I read this article somewhere and said that adult acne should be gone by the time you are 40, and boy am I waiting for that time!! I rarely let people see me without my makeup because my pimples drive my crazy, but to show just how well Mary Kay Concealer in Ivory ($12) works, I am going bare skinned for you. This concealer works really well alone, covering my blemishes and then when I add my foundation on top, my skin looks almost flawless. It is a necessity to complete any holiday look I may be planning! I've actually been complemented on my pretty skin! While I often think those people are blind, it does speak volumes for the Mary Kay Concealer! This rich, creamy concealer is perfect for my skin tone. 

There is something about having my nails painted that makes me feel more girly and pretty. I am  in love with Hail to the Nails Mini Nail Lacquer Trio ($15). These super fun colors are great for any holiday party you might be attending but they also make a great stocking stuffer. For me, this color combo was perfect for my date night with my husband. I used the shimmery silver on top of the blue accent nail and love the way it turned out. The Pink Hottie started to chip after three days, and by day four I had to take it off because it was chipped beyond a touchup. The inky blue with silver sparkle was still in perfect shape when I took the Pink Hottie off. Three days for nail polish for a busy mom of two boys who is constantly washing her hands is not bad at all! 

I was also lucky enough to receive Belara Midnight perfume! This scent is amazing, and perfect for any Christmas party you may attend! Belara Midnight  ($38) is an amazing "wintry" smelling perfume! With a mix of fruit, black vanilla bean, jasmine, sandalwood and musk- it is a very feminine, very pretty scent! It is perfect for everyday winter wear or even nighttime wear! I am wearing it now and just cannot stop smelling my wrist!! 

I was also sent a huge selection of colognes and men's body washes for my husband. He has started a new job that requires him to "smell his best" so he has requested more colognes. 

We love the : 

MK High Intensity™ Sport Cologne Spray ($40) and the Body Wash in the same scent. The Gin Berry and Icy Bergamont in this gives it a cool, fresh scent. It is not too overpowering or musky and is a nice, fresh, clean scent that I approve of! 

MK High Intensity™  Cologne Spray ($40) is also a wonderful scent. With Fennel and Sage, it is a more powerful, heavier scent. This is the scent that my husband prefers because it is a little stronger and in his opinion more, "manly." 

True Original ($36) is probably my favorite of the bunch! It is such a fresh and clean scent that is amazing! It is just the way I like my husband to smell.
