Great perfumes and skin care products

Perfume and skin care are some of the best gift to give a women. We can never have too many bottles of perfumes or types of skin care products, we just can’t. I wanted to share with you a few great scents and creams I have tried recently.

Juicy Couture

I have been missing out since this was the first time I have tried Juicy Couture. The bottle itself is super cute with lace and their logo embellishments. The Wild berry notes really come through in this perfume and make it really sweet. Mixing in the juicy mandarin, honeysuckle, gardenia, jasmine, amber, caramel, vanilla, sandalwood and praline just add to the sweetness and make it a really soft and pleasant scent. You can find Gold Couture at Macy’s. Prices vary depending on size, a 1oz bottle costs $52 and up to the 3.4oz is $92. List most perfumes one spray goes a long way, so one bottle will last a very long time.

One Direction

I’m sure you have seen the One Direction makeup set, but did you know they also have a perfume out called You & I? I wasn’t really all that surprised when I learned they had one coming out since, well everyone else has perfume and cologne out. What I was surprised at was how it smelled. I smells great. The notes are a little different and I was surprised that the musk goes in there, but it works. The notes are: Mango, Grapefruit, Peach Blossom, Osmanthus, Orchid, Peony, Musk, Praline and Sandalwood. As you can see, it is a little different in the combination. I think they did a great job choosing scents that go well together. You can also purchase You & I at Macys along with their shower gel and lotion. Prices go from $15(for the shower gel) to $59.50 for the 3.4 oz perfume.

Taylor Swift

I have loved Taylor Swift ever since she first came on the music scene so I was really excited to test out her latest perfume called Incredible Things. The first thing I noticed was the packaging, The bottle itself looks just like the box with water color blotches all over and a silhouette of Taylor. It is something unique and I really liked it. The notes are: vanilla orchid, suede flower and creamy musk, pink pepper, sparkling grapefruit and wild passion flower, white amber, Madagascar vanilla and Haitian vetiver. Some of these scents I have never tried before. I’m not a huge fan of vanilla but with everything else in it, I couldn’t make it out which was good for me. You can find Incredible Things at Kohls for around $39.50 which is very reasonable when it comes to perfume.

Botanics

You may of never heard of Botanics, I know I hadn’t, but I’m really glad I do now. Hydration is really important and their relaxing body souffle called Rebalance helps you with that. A little goes a really long way and really softens your skin fast. Botanics uses Vetiver plant extract to help with that super fresh scent. For only $11.99 you get a large container of 10.1 oz so it is a great bargain in my opinion. You can find at most Target stores and also at us.boots.com. I really recommend trying it out or even giving as a gift. I have been using it every day now and love it.

N07 Day and Night Creme

Keeling our faces moisturized is very important and using day and night creams helps with this. N07 is a fantastic company that is very affordable with great products. They have creams for most skin types and combinations. I live in a very cold state so my skin can get really dry, especially during the winter so i’m really glad I was able to test this out. I will admit that I’m bad at using the night cream even though I love it. I’m just bad in general when it comes to night routines. I love the way both the day and night smell. With the day creme you can apply every couple of yours if you want, especially in the beginning when your skin is super dry. Both are very affordable and you can find them at Target and us.boots.com
